Expert Home Care

It will happen to all of us at some time in our life.  In a moment of reflection, we will ask ourselves, “Do I have a good quality of life?”

This isn’t to say that the life we are living is tough, isolated, or boring.  However, to experience isolation, or not having a fulfilled quality of life can stop us in achieving more.

Home Care is recognised as a customer service skill, provided to enable us in:

  • Living independently

  • Having social interaction

  • Providing purpose

  • Religious and spiritual support

  • End of Life and Palliative Care

Outstanding Service

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission for our Home Care and Support Service.  We are also inspected by the Local Authority to ensure we are meeting high standards in delivering a great service

There are a number of regulations and framework standards to meet, called Key Lines of Enquiries (KLOEs), that the CQC use to judge Providers on several aspects of their service, which then give the Service a rating, which are:

  • Inadequate (Major shortfalls and immediate improvements required)
  • Requires Improvement (Minor shortfalls, but improvements to be made asap)
  • Good (meeting the standards)
  • Outstanding (Exceeding the standards as required under the “Good” rating)

We have nearly 80 years of Health and Social Care experiences in our office team, and this is the foundation to setting us apart from the competition as we have identified where there are shortfalls in care delivery from listening to customers, and build on the improvements to put the individual at the centre of their package, whilst maintaining quality, continuity, and professionalism.

We strive for quality care and excellence. All of our carers undergo an enhanced DBS check, complete the care certificate and have a diverse variety of experience and training. These include; elderly care, learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex care and more.

Maria qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 2002 and is passionate about providing quality, person-centered care to all our wonderful customers

StevenShift Co-ordinator
Steven is a valued member of City Force Healthcare as the shift Co-ordinator. Steven is responsible for managing staff for a number of services. providing both carers and support workers.
